Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy: 1. Payment : We accept all major debit/credit cards on our website and in person, we also accept cash payments in person. 2. Last-Minute Bookings: Bookings made less than 6 hours before a class must be confirmed with payment immediately to secure the spot. Cancellation Policy: 1. Cancellations 6 Hours or More Before Class: Clients may cancel their booking up to 6 hours before the scheduled class without penalty. A credit will be applied to your account for future bookings. No refunds will be issued. 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Less Than 6 Hours Before Class: Cancellation and rescheduling made within 6 hours of the scheduled class will result in the full class fee being charged, with no credits or refunds given. Last-minute cancellations prevent other clients from booking and disrupt the schedule. Please be mindful of this when making changes to your booking. 3.No-Shows: No-shows will result in the full class fee being charged, with no credits or refunds given. Attempting to make a cancellation 1 hour before class will be considered a no-show as the waitlist window will be closed. Rebooking Policy: 1.Rebooking After Cancellation: If you cancel 6 hours or more before a class and have already made payment, you will receive a credit for the amount paid. This credit can be applied toward rebooking another class within 30 days of the original cancellation. To use your credit for rebooking, simply log into our booking platform or contact the studio directly, and the credit will be applied automatically. 2.Rebooking Window: All credits must be used within 30 days of the original class date. After this period, any unused credit will expire and cannot be refunded or reapplied. Late Arrivals: If you are more than 10 minutes late for a class, we reserve the right to forfeit your spot, with no refund or credit issued.
