Bookings & Payments

 

​All class reservations at LIV Studios must be secured with full payment at the time of booking. Bookings may be made through our website or directly in the studio, subject to availability.

 

We accept debit and credit card payments online and in person, as well as cash payments in the studio.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans may change. To ensure fairness to all clients and maintain class availability, the following cancellation terms apply:

​

Cancellations Made 12 Hours or More Before Class - Clients who cancel at least twelve (12) hours before their scheduled class will not incur a cancellation penalty.

​

• Individual Class Bookings: A credit equivalent to the amount paid will be issued for use toward another class within thirty (30) days of cancellation.

• Class Package Holders: The canceled class credit will be restored to the client’s existing package, subject to the package’s original expiration date.

• ​

All cancellations must be completed through our booking platform or communicated directly to the studio within the required cancellation window.

Cancellations Made Less Than 12 Hours Before Class - Cancellations made within twelve (12) hours of the scheduled class will result in the forfeiture of the class payment or package credit. No refunds or replacement class credits will be issued.

Cancellations Made Less Than 6 Hours Before Class - Cancellations made less than six (6) hours before the scheduled class are subject to the following:

​

• Individual Class Bookings: The full class payment will be forfeited, and an additional $5 late cancellation fee will apply.

• Class Package Holders: One class credit will be forfeited. No additional $5 fee will apply.

 

No-Shows

 

A no-show occurs when a client fails to attend a scheduled class without canceling within the permitted cancellation window.

Cancellations attempted within one (1) hour of the scheduled class will also be treated as no-shows.

 

The following penalties apply:

​

• Individual Class Bookings: The full class payment will be forfeited, and an additional $5 no-show fee will apply.

• Class Package Holders: One class credit will be forfeited. No additional fee will apply.

 

Rebooking & Class Credits

​

Credits issued for individual class cancellations made at least twelve (12) hours in advance must be used within thirty (30) days of the cancellation date.

​

Unused credits will expire after this period and cannot be refunded, extended, or transferred.

​

For clients using class packages, canceled class credits will be returned to the original package and remain subject to that package’s existing validity period.

​

Late Arrivals

​

Clients are encouraged to arrive on time to ensure a safe and uninterrupted class experience.

​

Clients arriving more than ten (10) minutes after the scheduled class start time may be denied entry at the studio’s discretion.

​

In such circumstances, the class payment or package credit will be forfeited, and no refund or replacement credit will be issued.

​

Refund Policy

​

All purchases of classes, class packages, and studio products are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

​

Class credits are issued only in accordance with the cancellation and rebooking terms outlined above.

​

Studio Cancellations & Schedule Changes

​

LIV Studios reserves the right to cancel or modify scheduled classes due to instructor availability, operational requirements, or unforeseen circumstances.

​

If LIV Studios cancels a class, affected clients will be offered a replacement class credit or an appropriate alternative arrangement.

​

Policy Exceptions

​

Exceptions to this policy may be considered in cases of documented medical emergencies or other exceptional circumstances, at LIV Studios’ discretion and subject to applicable law.

 

Supporting documentation may be requested where reasonably necessary.

​
