FAQ
You can book classes through our online booking system, available on our website. You may also call or email us for assistance with bookings.
Payment Confirmation:
All bookings made with bank transfer payment require payment confirmation within two (2) hours of scheduling to secure your spot.
If payment is not received within this time frame, the booking will be automatically canceled, and your spot may be offered to another client.
Payments can be made via bank transfer, or in-person cash or card, and confirmation should be sent to admin@livstudiosbahamas.com.
Last-Minute Bookings:
Bookings made less than 24 hours before a class must be confirmed with payment immediately to secure the spot.
Cancellations 6 Hours or More Before Class:
Clients may cancel their booking up to 6 hours before the scheduled class without penalty.
If payment has already been made, a credit will be applied to your account for future bookings. No refunds will be issued.
Cancellations Less Than 6 Hours Before Class:
Cancellations made within 6 hours of the scheduled class will result in the full class fee being charged, with no credits or refunds given. The class credit will be applied to your account, there are no refund.
Last-minute cancellations prevent other clients from booking and disrupt the schedule. Please be mindful of this when making changes to your booking.
No-Shows:
No-shows will result in the full class fee being charged, with no credits or refunds given. Attempting to make a cancellation 1 hour before class will be considered a no-show as the waitlist window will be closed.
We recommend wearing comfortable, form-fitting clothing that allows you to move freely. Avoid clothing that is too loose as it may interfere with certain movements. Grip socks are required for Reformer classes, and mat towels are required for mat classes. Both items can be purchased at our studio if needed.
Rebooking After Cancellation:
If you cancel 6 hours or more before a class and have already made payment, you will receive a credit for the amount paid. This credit can be applied toward rebooking another class within 30 days of the original cancellation.
To use your credit for rebooking, simply log into our booking platform or contact the studio directly, and the credit will be applied automatically.
Rebooking After Emergency Cancellations:
In cases of documented medical emergencies or other significant personal matters, a class credit may be issued even for cancellations within the 6 hour window. This credit can also be applied to rebook a future class within 30 days.
Rebooking Window:
All credits must be used within 30 days of the original class date. After this period, any unused credit will expire and cannot be refunded or reapplied.
